基于城乡统筹视角下大学生与新农村建设对接模式研究——以重庆市为例

当前农村的人力资源状况不容乐观,而大学生拥有观念、知识和技能等方面的优势,农村有他们发挥作用的客观条件和基础,正确地培养和引导他们,使之扎根基层农村,成为新农村建设的领头人和生力军,这是建设社会主义新农村构建和谐社会的迫切需要。

Research on Interactive Mode between College Students and Village Reconstruction Based on Overall Urban and Rural Development

Currently,rural human resources status is not optimistic,however,college students have the advantages in such field as ideas,knowledge and technologies and so on,and the countryside has the basis and objective conditions for them to practice their capacities.Urgent demand for socialism village reconstruction and constructing harmonious society is to correctly cultivate and guide them in order to make them become the leaders and fresh forces of village reconstruction by rooting them in the countryside.
