| Abstract: | Exploring the centuries-old history and its evolvement of literal interpretation,the paper pointed out that it is the essential method of legal interpretation by offering some examples in the marine judgement practice.Then it probed into some criticism and limits through the viewpoints of the philosophy hermeneutic,and put forward the approaches and measures of how to make it more perfect. |
