| 摘 要： | 从哲学的视角考察“与时俱进”和“创新”问题,可以使人们获得关于“与时俱进”和“创新”问题的更深入、更全面、更可靠、更有创造性的认识。“与时俱进”和“创新”从本质上讲是一回事：都是指人们在实践的基础上根据事物的发展规律和时代的要求所进行的创造性的认识和活劝。“与时俱进”的实质是创新。

| Abstract: | Studying from the angle of philosophy,we can acquire the more thorough. intensive. reliable and creative knowledge of "advance with the times "and "creativity". In the level of essence "advance with times "and"creativity"have the same meaning:both refer to the creative cognition and action according to the patterns of development and claims of times on the base of practice. The essence of "advance with thmes"is creativity. |
