| 摘 要： | “纵横统一说”是关于经济法概念的一种学说。在“纵横统一说”中,“纵”是指政府等各类经济管理主体对各类经济活动主体的管理关系,“横”是指各类经济活动主体之间的相互关系。本文介绍了“纵横统一说”的表述方法、发展历程和相关的经济法的概念,并对其作了肯定性的评价。
