| 摘 要： | 20世纪90年代以来,世界产业结构呈现出向服务业倾斜的趋势.伴随全球经济服务化趋势的加剧,现代服务业从传统服务业中分离并快速成长,成为现代经济增长的重要支撑.当今,现代服务业已成为一个范围最广的产业,其范畴下的现代建筑服务业在一国产业结构中的比重和重要性日益突出,是现代经济持续快速发展的主要源动力.与以往的劳动密集型的服务业不同的是,现代服务业及现代建筑服务业都具有知识和技术密集、高素质性和新兴性的特征.作为现代服务业的一项,建筑服务业的发展也将对经济的发展也起着重要的作用.当前的关键是要抓住有利的机遇,坚持现代服务业发展的市场化方向.促进现代服务业与建筑服务业的较快发展.
