| 摘 要： | 论述了解决“三农”问题的措施及其他促进粮食生产的政策因素对我国粮食供给量的影响,分析了国内主要粮食品种小麦、玉米、稻谷等的供求状况与消费的结构性变化,提出我国应积极监测粮食市场行情,分析并预测市场供求关系,适时适当地进行产前调节等。

| Abstract: | The paper discusses the solutions to the problems of farmers,farming and rural regions and the influence of policy-related factors improving the grain production on China's grain supply.Then it analyzes domestic food supply & demand such as wheat,corn and rice,etc.and the structural changes in consumption.Finally it elaborates on the agricultural macro-regulations and strategyies such as : monitoring domestic agricultural quotations on the market,analyzing and calculating the relations between supply & demand and enforcing pre-production regulations. |
