农村剩余劳动力转移问题的思考

运用经济学基本理论和研究方法,以工业化进程中的农村剩余劳动力转移为研究对象,着重阐述了伴随着工业化进程农村剩余劳动力转移的客观必然性,探讨了农村剩余劳动力转移对经济与社会发展的双重影响,分析了制约农村剩余劳动力转移的相关因素。最后,从市场经济体制下政府行为的长期目标出发,提出了促进农村剩余劳动力转移的基本思路。

Consideration about the transfer of rural surplus labor

Employing basic economic theories and research methods,the paper studies the transfer of rural surplus labor during the process of industrialization. It emphasizes the objective inevitability of the transfer of rural surplus labor in the process of industrialization,discusses the dual effect of rural surplus labor transfer on the development of economy and society,and analyzes the related factors restraining the transfer of rural surplus labor.The paper then develops the basic principle of promoting rural surplus labor transfer from the standpoint of the long-term goal of the government behavior in the system of market economy.
