我国外资非正常撤离的法律问题研究

近年来,外资非正常撤离现象时有发生,给中国相关利益方带来严重经济损失。外资非正常撤离行为是一种严重违背我国法律的行为,应当承担相应的法律责任。这些责任的实现需要借助于国内法和国际法两个层面上的机制和措施才能落实。但是,目前我国国内法制对此类违法行为的规制不十分完善,国际方面的责任追究机制也需要进一步加强合作。
