| 摘 要： | 本文从三个方面探讨了制约民办高校进一步发展的教育公平问题：第一，民办高校的高收费加剧了高等教育入学机会的不公平；第二，民办高校学生在高等教育公共资源分配中处于极为不利的地位；第三，民办高校的教育质量较低，造成了民办高校学生参与高等教育过程的不公平。

| Abstract: | This paper explores three problems of educational equity which limit further development of civilian-run colleges. Firstly, high charges of civilian-run colleges have aggravated non-equity of higher education opportunity. Secondly, civilian-run college students are at a greater disadvantage in the allocation of public resources for higher education. Finally, educational quality of civilian-run colleges lowers the participation level of civilian-run college students. |
