新疆政府网站建设问题研究

为了推进服务型政府建设，新疆自治区各级政府都加强了政府网站建设，但与国内外优质高效政府网站相比还有不小差距。主要是：信息资源不足，有效的公共服务欠缺，网上办事功能没能实现，辅助功能设计不周全，公众认知度较低。为了使政府网站产生更大更好的服务效益，文章针对上述主要问题，提出了具体的、可操作的改进策略和方法。

On the Construction of Government Portals in Xinjiang

Xinjiang government at all levels has made outstanding achievements in establishing and developing government portals through their tireless efforts in building e-government. But compared with the leading government portals at home and abroad, there is still a certain gap. Based on the successful experience of the leading government portals and the situation of the government per- tals in Xinjiang, this paper makes a thorough analysis of the problems existing in portals of Xinxiang government and puts forward a number of solutions to enhance the portals of Xinjiang government.
