The unfinished narrative of Simulacrum China--Facing the turning point of cultural study

From the general review of the Simulacrum concept of French thinker Jean Baudrillard in China, The article try to retrieve the possibilities and the limitation for Chinese cultural study to enter the heated debate of Simulacrum and hyperreality. Facing the era of the hyperactive visual culture, the globalization desire of the image consumption becomes the most significant narrative agent in contemporary China.
