农村社会保障的现状及其满意度影响因素分析--基于陕西省汉中市农民群体的实证研究

从基本公共服务的视角出发，通过对陕西省汉中市下辖两县一区的农民群体进行问卷调查，对农村社会保障的现状及其满意度影响因素进行分析。结果显示：农民对社会保障服务中的养老、医疗和就业三项内容更为重视。在今后农村社会保障体系的建设中，应重点关注保障力度和保障资源配置的均衡化问题。农民对社会保障的满意度评价呈中等偏上水平；从经济、土地和社会政治三个方面进行回归分析，家庭年纯收入、土地流转、社会秩序与公平以及对村委会的信任度等因素对农村社会保障满意度具有显著的正向预测作用。

An Empirical Study of the Status Quo of Rural Social Security and Its Influencing Factors Related to Satisfaction Degree-Based on Surveys of Farmers Groups in the Hanzhong City of Shaanxi Province

From the perspective of basic public services,we analyzed the status quo of rural social security and its influencing factors related to satisfaction degree by conducting questionnaire survey a-mong the farmers groups in the Hanzhong city of Shaanxi Province.The results showed that the farm-ers gave more attention to Pension Security,Medical Security and Employment Security in the rural social security services.In the construction of rural social security system,we should focus on the level of security and the equalization of resource allocation.Currently,farmers satisfaction evaluation for social security was on the medium level or slightly higher.Based on economy,land and socio-political situation three aspects,regression analysis found that such factors as annual net income of rural household,rural land circulation,social order and fairness,and the trust in the village committee have a significant positive effect on farmers satisfaction evaluation for rural social security.
