从士风看北宋后期士大夫的闲暇生活

受党争影响,北宋后期士风由中期昂扬向上、积极进取,转为入世意志淡化,偷安自适、任性逍遥,主要表现在以自我追求为主导,或游心物外,寄情山水,游宴饮酒来排遣内心的忧愁;或寄情于诗词、书画,聊以自娱;或耽佛习禅,以禅定之乐来排遣经世的悲痛和人生的痛苦,专心营造个体心灵的满足。

On Leisure Life of Intellectuals During Late Northern Song Dynasty from Perspective of Prevailing Custom Among Intellectuals

As a result of the rivalry among the political parties,the prevailing custom among the intellectuals during late period of Northern Song Dynasty was not as high-spirited and enterprising as it was during the middle period,and expressed an easeful,self-will and unfettered appearance.That change,was mainly on the self-pursuing,or visiting the beautiful scene,or drinking wine or writing poems and books,or studying Buddhism,and so on.All of that was to forget the pain of life and to pursue the happiness of heart.
