| 摘 要： | 通过对全国公共育种科研机构与育种企业进行问卷调查,获取了有关新品种研发的数据,并从理论和实证两个角度进行分析研究。结果发现,植物新品种保护能够促进育种单位增加对育种研发的自主投资和融资,从而改善育种单位育种投资结构,而育种企业与公共科研机构的育种投资组成部分对其投资结构改善的作用又各异。

| Abstract: | Based on mail questionnaires for public breeding research institutions and breeding enterprises all over the country,we gained investigation data on the R&D of breeding,which would be analyzed empirically and theoretically.The paper showed that the protection of new varieties of plants could promote the R&D investment of breeding units,and then improve the structure of breeding industry in China.However,the effect of the makeup of breeding investment on the breeding investment structure is different between public institutions and breeding enterprises. |
