| 摘 要： | 民族地区的和谐发展是构建我国社会主义和谐社会的重要基础和有机组成部分,民族地区的和谐发展客观上要求完善的民族法制作保障。现行《民族区域自治法》的规定相对滞后且过于政策化和原则化,相关的配套法规极不完善,民族法制不能得到有效的实施。国家应当根据民族地区和谐社会构建的需要,对《民族区域自治法》做适时的修改,加快相关配套法规的立法步伐,为民族地区和谐社会的建设提供法律保障。

| Abstract: | The harmonious development of the minority regions is the basic and important part of the construction of the harmonious socialistic society, and perfecting the minority legal system can guarantee a harmonious development Of the minority regions. The comparative lag of the Law of Minority Regional Autonomy and the faulty correlative legal system are the block to the execution of the minority legal system, and the policy and principle of the code are difficult to put into effect. The nation should amend the law according to the need of constructing the harmonious society, quicken the pace to establish the correlative legal system and provide the legal guarantee for the harmonious society construction in the minority regions. |
