| 摘 要： | 中亚国家独立以来,阿加汗基金会十分关注中亚的社会经济、文化发展以及人民生活的提高。从1992年开始该基金会就通过与塔吉克斯坦政府签署的协议,投入大量资金帮助塔吉克斯坦摆脱经济困境,它在塔吉克斯坦有多项援助计划,包括:人道主义援助计划、地区发展计划、教育和健康促进计划,等等。在中亚的帕米尔地区,阿加汗基金会取得了许多成果,为改善当地人民生活做出了相当大的贡献。

| Abstract: | Since Central Asian countries became independent,Aga Khan Foundation has been paying special attention to improving their social,economic and cultural development and the upgrading of their living standards.Since 1992,this Foundation,with the signing of an agreement with the Government of Tajikstan,has poured a large sum of money to help Tajikstan shackle off poverty.Its projects include humanistic aids,regional development,education and health development. It has made great achievements in the Pamir region,which has made great contribution to the improvement of the living standards for the local people. |
