简论思想政治教育资源及其优化

思想政治教育作为个人和社会发展必不可少的资源具有重要意义,其社会功能表现为政治上的导向与保证、经济上的激励与协调、文化上的濡化与开发,其个体功能则表现为净化、增值、成长等,应该树立思想政治教育的资源意识,重视资源的利用和开发,从思想政治教育系统的各个要素出发,全方位地优化思想政治教育,从而最大限度地发挥思想政治教育的功效。

Resources of Ideological and Political Education: Their Optimization

Ideological and political education,as indispensable resources for individual and social development,is of important significance.Its social function finds expression in guidance and safeguarding in politics,encouragement and readjustment in economy,and subtle influence and development in culture.Its individual function lies in purification,value addition and growing.We have to have an awareness of resources for this education so as to attach importance to their employment and development.We are to proceed from all the elements of the system of this education and thereupon,optimize these resources all-dimensionally so as to give full play to the effect of this education.
