| 摘 要： | 在阐释高校后勤"三化"建设内涵及其实现的基本条件的基础上,归纳、分析了当前困扰高校后勤"三化"建设的瓶颈性问题,提出了实现后勤自治,推行"三化"建设管理责任制,加强队伍专业化和后勤文化建设,加大装备投入,强化规范化运行体系建设和接轨社会,加大后勤社会化功能释放力度等抓好"三化"建设的具体措施与建议.
