单位面积利润变化与我国粮食种植结构调整

从粮食作物与经济作物之间、粮食作物内部以及不同粮食产区之间的视角出发，先后分析了我国粮食作物种植结构的变化趋势以及相对利润变化趋势；并进一步研究了单位面积利润的变化与粮食种植结构调整的关系以及单位面积利润变化的成因。研究表明，农作物相对利润的变化与粮食种植结构的调整高度相关。将利润进一步分解，发现粮食作物和经济作物之间的调整源于价格与成本的变化；粮食作物内部之间的调整源于价格比与产量比；当前针对粮食主产区的最低粮食收购价格政策可能是造成我国种植结构调整的重要原因之一。

Profit Change and Adjustment of Grain Planting Structure in China

This paper investigates the production changes between different crops from the perspective of profit per unit area. In particular, the production trade-off and changes in relative profit between grain crops and cash crops, between different grain crops, and across different regions are examined. In addition, the association between profit per unit area and structural changes in crop production is also investigated. Results show that the change of relative profits between different crops is strongly associated with the changing cropping structure. Further analysis finds that the trade-off between grain crops and cash crops could be attributed to changes in prices and costs, while the internal adjustment of grain crops is mainly caused by variation in relative price and yield. These findings indicate that the minimum grain purchasing price policy in the main grain production area might be the main driving force behind the current structural change in cropping production.
