| 摘 要： | 在新型城镇化进程中，城镇居民与农业转移人口的关系是影响这一进程的重要因素。对两大群体的潜在矛盾应具有理性认知，在此基础上构建促进两大群体关系的机制，着力提升农业转移人口的市民化素质，促进两大群体相互交流相互认知，推进农业转移人口市民化。

| Abstract: | In the new urbanization process, the relationship between urban residents and agricultural population transfer are the important factors that affect the process. There should be arational cognition on two groups of potential conflict; and on this basis, we build concrete mechanism to promote harmonious relations between the two big groups, and improve the citizenization of agricultural transfer population. |
