| 摘 要： | 广西北部湾经济区开发建设亟需强有力的金融支持。构建南宁区域性金融中心,是创新区域经济发展模式,提升区域经济开发建设成效的战略抉择。但其约束性条件也是明显的。南宁区域性金融中心应建成以区域经济发展为依托,以满足区域发展资金需求为特征的区域性筹资型金融中心,而实现这一目标定位须实行"三步走"的发展战略。

| Abstract: | Strong financial support is needed to foster the construction and development of Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Area. Construction of a regional financial center in Nanning is a strategic choice which can create new development modes and enhance the performance of regional economy development. On the other hand, it is obviously constrained by some conditions. The regional financial center in Nanning should be built as a regional capital raising center, which is based on the regional economy development and characterized by fulfilling the local capital demand. In order to realize the aim, a 3-step development strategy must be taken. |
