| 摘 要： | 促进型经济法是经济法规范的一种重要类型,对于促进经济和社会发展具有重要作用.它与经济法的特征、结构、功能等直接相关,并通过积极的和消极的、直接的和间接的、个别的和普遍的等多种类型的促进,来实现其促进发展的调整目标.中国促进型经济法的立法经历了从分散到分散与综合相结合的转变,如果对其中的法律问题深入挖掘,则会大大促进经济法的制度建设和法学研究的发展.
