科学技术的快速发展,既为人类带来了科技的"善",也不可避免地出现了科技的"恶"。风险社会背景下,科技主体不同趋向的选择无疑会使社会的发展产生巨大的差异。在规避科技的"恶"时,传统科技伦理学因其道德词汇的模糊性和不确定性,使道德判断陷入了歧义;科技元伦理学则以其概念的明晰性和逻辑的严密性彰显出了鲜明的特点。通过对"责任主体是谁"、"在何种程度上负责"以及"责任对象是谁"等问题展开元伦理学层次的语言分析,我们会发现,科技元伦理学并非为科技责任提供了坚实的道德信念基础,而是凸显着复杂性、语境性和开放性等特征。

On the Responsibility of Science and Technology From the Perspective of Meta-ethics of Science and Technology

The rapid development of science and technology has not only brought the goodness of science and technology, but also inevitably brought the evilness of science and technology. Meanwhile, Meta-ethics of Science and Technology shows its distinctive features because of its conceptual clarity and logic strictness. Based on it, we take a meta-ethics languages analysis on such questions as who should bear responsibility. Meta-ethics of science and technology does not provide any solid foundation of moral belief to the responsibility of science and technology, but shows its complexity, contextuality and openness.
