摘    要:学科建设是高校发展的基础,集中体现了高校发展的方向和水平,是高校核心竞争力和在国内外地位的主要标志。学科是体现研究型大学办学水平的重要标志,如何提升学科建设水平是高水平研究型大学一直探索的目标和工作重点。学科建设的最终目的是培养人才,特别是高层次人才。该论文基于第三轮学科评估的某一学科的各参评学校信息和多所高水平行业特色高校的三次学科评估结果数据,多维度分类统计,重点对评估结果反映出的问题进行了分析。基于分析结论,提出了学科建设应坚持系统思维、瞄准内涵寻找突破、加强质量意识、建立宽松氛围、开放合作共享的观点,最终形成特色优势,提升竞争力,提高学科建设水平。

Abstract:Subject construction is the foundation of the development of universities ,which embodies the direction and level of University Development ,is the corn competence of universities and the main symbol position at home and abroad . Disciplines serve as an important symbol for the teaching level of research universities. Exploring the ways to improve the discipline construction level is both the key and the goal of working. Based on the information of all the schools that participated in the evaluation of some subject in the third subject evaluation, and the result of three subject evaluations of 15 high-level professional featured universities, the paper focused on the classified statistics from different angles to analyze the problem reflected in the evaluation results. Furthermore, based on the analysis, the paper raised the point that discipline construction should insist systematic thinking, seek for improvement, enhance high-quality cognition, build up relaxed atmosphere, develop cooperation, and finally form the featured advantages, and promote competitiveness.
