基于集值统计法的人力资源管理外包风险评价

摘    要:对人力资源管理外包风险进行科学评价,是外包管理的重要环节。本文从风险的来源和外包的阶段入手,设计出企业人力资源管理外包风险评价指标体系,并采用层次分析法对评价指标赋予权重,采用集值统计的方法进行定量评估。将建立的风险评价指标体系运用到R企业中,获得了与实际相符的评价结果,证明了风险评价体系的有效性,又针对评价结果提出规避人力资源管理外包风险的相关措施。

Abstract:An assessment of risk for human resource management outsourcing is an important part of the outsourcing management. In this paper, from two directions: Sources of Risk, the stage of the outsourcing, the evaluating index system is designed. And this paper gives different weights to all evaluation indexes with AHP method, assesses the value risk with set-valued statistical method. Through the above analysis, this paper can not only make the evaluating index system to be used to practice, and can obtain the evaluation results correspond to the actual and prove the effectiveness of the risk evaluation system. Finally, according to the evaluation results, this paper put forward to measures of avoid human resource management outsourcing risk.
