| 摘 要： | 执政党在制定国家发展战略和目标的决策过程中,会充分吸取社会经济发展过程中的实际需求。在这个过程中民营资本政治诉求则会试图通过各种制度化或非制度化的途径向执政党施加影响,对执政党执政路线、组织制度和执政理念变化产生一定的影响,我国民营资本的发展与执政党之间关系在不断变化和调整。

| Abstract: | The ruling party in the decision making process for the national development strategy and goal, will fully absorb the actual demand in the process of social economic development. In this process, the political demands of private capital to the ruling party is trying to exert influence through a variety of institutionalized and non-institutionalized way, have a certain impact on the ruling party line, organizational and governing philosophy change, to reveal the relationship between the China＆#39;s private capital development and changes and adjustments of the ruling party. |
