学习型组织理论研究综述与评价

学习型组织理论是国内外管理学界的研究热点之一。目前的研究主要集中于学习型组织的概念界定,学习型组织与组织学习的区别与联系,学习型组织的特征与模型创建,学习型组织的创建与评估四个方面。学习型组织理论的研究成果,对于企业改造、促进组织发展具有重大意义。但这一理论尚不完善,在学习型组织理论的本土化研究及其在管理实践领域中的具体应用方面还需要进一步提升。

A Review and Evaluation of the Learning Organization Theory

The learning organization theory is one of the research highlights in the field of manage-ment home and abroad .Currently the related researches mainly focus on four aspects ,namely , the definition of the learning organization ;the differences and connections between learning orga-nization and organizational learning ;the characteristics of the learning organization and its mod-elling ;and the formation and evaluation of the learning organization .The research on learning or-ganization has great significance to the transformation of enterprise and the promotion of organiza-tional development .It is proposed that there is still room for further improvement for researches of the learning organization theory in the localization and application in the areas of managerial practices .
