| 摘 要： | 公共服务市场化是 20世纪 80年代西方发达国家行政改革的核心主题,该项改革在有效改善公共服务的同时,也为世界各国政府的治道变革提供了新的视野。目前,我国公共服务市场化改革存在许多制约因素,可以借鉴西方国家经验采取有效改革措施,加快建立有中国特色的公共服务市场化体系。

| Abstract: | Market-oriented public service is the central theme of the state administration reform of the western developed countries in the 1980s.The reform not only improved the public service effectively,but also offered a new field of vision for the reform of countries in the world.Now,there are many restricted factors in the reform of market-oriented public service in China.We can take some effective measures based on the experience of the western countries,speeding up the establishment of market-oriented public service system with Chinese characteristics. |
