| 摘 要： | 水库移民是水电资源开发的必然产物。正在兴建的长江三峡工程 ,不仅是当今世界规模最大、综合效益最广泛的水利水电枢纽工程 ,而且搬迁安置坝库区百万移民更是人类有史以来的“世界级难题”。了解世界水库移民的历史 ,把握三峡百万大移民的特点 ,从而有效吸取历史经验教训 ,探索社会主义市场经济条件下移民的内在规律 ,做好百万移民工作 ,服务三峡工程建设 ,正是历史赋予我们的崇高使命。

| Abstract: | Reservoir emigration is the ultimate result of the cultivation of hydro electric resources.The Yangtze River Three Gorges Project is the most powerful hydro electric project in the world, and the millions of emigration is a great difficulty.Thus it is a glorious task for us to have a clear picture of the world reservoir emigration history and the characteristic of the Three Gorges millions of immigrants. |
