| 摘 要： | 把“反拍正练”教学方法应用在网球教学中,用于学习网球双手反拍技术,目的是改变传统教学观念,提高教学质量。经实验表明,结合“反拍正练”教学方法进行教学,对学习和掌握网球双手反拍技术有明显的促进作用,有助于建立和巩固正确的动力定形,提高双手反拍的击球质量。

| Abstract: | In order to change the traditional notions of tennis teaching and improve the quality of tennis teaching,adopting the forehand stroke technique is a good method,for teaching the double backhand.As proved by experiments,using the forehand stroke technique really can.help students grasp the double backhand stroke move easily.It is good to build and consolidate correct power setting to enhance the fquality of the double backhand stroke. |
