| 摘 要： | 从发展大公司、大集团的必要性和可能性出发，对大公司、大集团发展中存在的主要问题进行分析、研究，提出了发展大公司、大集团的基本思路建立现代企业制度，形成母子公司体制；以高新技术为起点，促进大公司、大集团的结构调整、资产重组，并在政策导向和建立科学规范的管理制度以及培养高层次管理人才等方面，提出设想，以推进企业集团的发展壮大。

| Abstract: | This paper aims at expounding some fundamental ideas of developing large companies and enterprises on the basis of making analysis and study of their major problems: It is necessary and feasible to develop them so as to establish modernized enterprise system and form parent-subsidiary relationship in accordance with the requirement of the market economy; to promote them to restructure economy and reconstitute assets by means of high technology. And it also hopefully puts forward some tentative plan for the policy guidance, the establishment of scientific management and the cultivation of top management personnel in order to rapidly develop the large enterprise |
