浙江省生产性服务业效率评价

摘    要:结合浙江省生产性服务业的发展现状,根据中间需求率和产业特性对生产性服务业进行了界定。以2010年浙江省生产性服务业投入产出表作为研究对象,基于投入产出表建立的DEA模型,详细分析了各部门的DEA有效性。结果表明:金融业,综合技术服务业,租赁和商务服务业,信息传输、计算机服务和软件业,批发和零售业,交通运输及仓储业等6个部门为DEA有效,邮政业、研究与试验发展业等2个部门为非DEA有效。可以从降低准入门槛、改造传统行业、规划产业布局、实现突破发展、加强政府引导五个方面提高浙江省生产性服务业的效率。

Abstract:Combining the producer service industry status quo in Zhejiang, the paper defines producer service industry in terms of the intermediate demand rate and industrial feature. The paper chooses input-output table of Zhejiang in 2010 as the object of study, and analyzes the DEA efficiency of the producer service industry in Zhejiang at length based on input-output table with DEA model. The results present that totally six departments—— financial industry, integrated technology service industry, leasing and business service industry, computer service and software industry, wholesale and retail trade industry, information transmission, transportation and warehousing industry etc. are robust, while the two departments, the postal industry and research and experimental development industry are not significant. The efficiency of the producer service industry in Zhejiang could be improved by following ways, lowering the threshold of entry, reforming the traditional industry, planning the industrial layout, realizing strategically breakthrough and enhancing government guidance
