| 摘 要： | 从推进素质教育和农业院校教师工作特点角度探讨了时代对农业院校教师基本素质的要求 ,通过对农科教师成长和工作环境的分析 ,归纳出农业院校教师在基本素质方面的一些特点 ,提出了提高农业院校教师素质的的基本途径。

| Abstract: | This paper, from the angle of giving impetus to quality-oriented education and analysing the working characteristics of teaehers with agricultural institutes of higher learning, makes an exploration of demands of our age on agricultural university teaehers' basic qualities, by analysing the environment where teachers of agriculture grow up and work sums up some characteristics of the teachers in the respect of their basic qualities, and suggests basic ways to improve agricultural university teaehers' qualities. |
