从教学评估视角看本科教育发展策略

摘    要:高等学校本科教学工作水平评估充分认识到了本科教育在高等教育系统中的地位和本科教育质量问题。各高校应该以此为契机,重构本科教育,促进本科教育分类分层次发展。应根据学校定位、综合实力等确定本科教育类型:研究型大学以学术型本科教育为主;教学型大学以应用型本科教育为主;教学研究型大学还应考虑到学科特点确定本科教育类型。在本科教育发展中应逐步建立分类评估体系,注意精英教育与大众教育的差异性和专业教育与通识教育的有机结合。

Abstract:The status of undergraduate education in higher education system and the problems in the quality of current undergraduate education have been fully realized in the evaluation program for undergraduate teaching in universities and colleges. It is time to reconstruct undergraduate education and promote its development in a multilevel mode. A university should choose its type of undergraduate education according to its orientation and overall strength. A research-oriented university should focus on academic undergraduate education while a teaching-oriented university should take applied undergraduate education as its main task. And the characteristics of its disciplines should be taken into account for a teaching and research oriented university. In the process of developing undergraduate education, it is necessary to construct a classified system of evaluation, to pay attention to the difference between elitist education and popular education and to integrate specialty education with well-rounded education.
