行业协会在国际反倾销中的职能论析

近几年来,我国产品在国际市场上屡遭其他国家的反倾销指控,我国已成为反倾销最大的受害国。在目前国际反倾销中存在的问题之一就是国内企业不积极应诉或是单独应诉,由此造成不利的后果。解决这一问题的关键在于如何发挥好行业协会在国际反倾销中的作用。由于我国行业协会的发展还不完善,存在着种种弊端,在某种程度上阻碍了其作用的发挥。面对愈演愈烈的反倾销指控,行业协会应努力克服自身弊端,不断完善其职能,充分发挥其在国际反倾销重要作用。

Analysis of the Function of Trade Guild in International Anti-dumping

Recently, the products from China are subject to antidumping actions by other countries in international market. China has become the largest victim of antidumping actions. One of the problems in international antidumping currently is that domestic enterprises usually have little enthusiasm in defending antidumping proceedings, and the consequence of that is unfavourable. The key to solve the problem is how to develop the function of the trade guild in international antidumping. The development of Chinese trade guild has some flaws which impede it to function well. Faced with the antidumping actions brought by other countries, trade guild should overcome its shortcomings, perfect its functions and play its roles fully in international antidumping.
