涤纶超细织物有机氟树脂耐久性拒水拒油整理的机理研究

摘    要:通过测定纤维临界溶解时间和差示扫描量热法(DSC)等试验测试,探讨了有机氟树脂耐久性拒水拒油整理的机理。表明交联剂存在时,与有机氟树脂形成三维网状树脂,沉积在涤纶维表面、纤维之间及纤维的非结晶区部分,或者与涤纶分子羟基之间发生交联反应,从而提高了耐久性。

Abstract:The mechanism of cluable oil-and water-repellent finishing of organic flourocarbon resin to micro-fiber polyester fabrics was studied by testing Critical Dissolving Time of fiber and analysis of DSC.It stated that while there was cross linking agent,the agent and organic flourocarbon resin would turn into cross net resin. The new resin was absorbed not only on the fase of micro-fiber but also between micro-fibers and non-crystalline region.Besides.it also reacted with the hydroxy of Micro-fiber molecular.
