| 摘 要： | 博士素质教育的基本目标是培养创造性人才,知识经济时代下的博士研究生的素质建构应注重培养教育具有社会主义觉悟、具有创新意识和创新能力的高素质科技人才。博士素质建构的途径为提高博士研究生知识结构和能力结构的综合素质。

| Abstract: | The essential aim of doctor candidates' quality education is to cultivate creative people.Much attention should be attached to the socialist consciousness,creative ideology and creative capacity so as to change them into high scientific talents.The construction of doctor candidates' quality is helpful to improve doctors' comprehensive quality,including knowledge structure and capacity structure. |
