| 摘 要： | 建设服务型政府已经成为现代政府治理的核心任务。从概念本身入手,分析服务型政府的本质,通过对服务型政府的逻辑演进研究与分析,指明其生成原因、时代背景和理论渊源,对中国政府的改革和治理机制的完善具有重要意义,也为中国服务型政府建设提供丰富的理论滋养和实践经验,同时提供了一种新的洞见。

| Abstract: | As an essential factor or key element, the construction of service government has become quite important in modern government-s governance. How to analyse the concept, find out the essence of the service government, demonstrate the source of this doctrine, is particularly important for the construction of China-s service government to provide rich theoretical nourishment and practical experience. Through this logical evolution, it provides a new insights and visions for the Chinese government-s reform and the mechanisms of governance. |
