间断均衡和双元均衡模式下企业多元化与绩效关系分析

组织学习理论将企业利用式学习和探索式学习看作企业多元化活动的两种形式,而利用式学习和探索式学习对企业短期财务绩效分别有正向和负向影响,故需要保持这两种学习模式的均衡。通过对企业＂间断均衡＂和＂双元均衡＂这两种基本均衡模式的分析,笔者发现,在企业多元化过程的不同时期,企业多元化与企业绩效之间可能呈现出或正、或负、或U型、或倒U关系,这从理论上对多元化与企业绩效关系不一致的研究结果给出了合理的阐释。
