| 摘 要： | 将育人工作与帮困助学工作相结合是目前高校帮困助学工作的瓶颈。本文以燕山大学电气工程学院“希望基金会”帮困育人模式的实践经验为例证，从加强贫困生心理健康教育、发挥贫困生主体性、明确受助学生义务、注重感恩教育四个方面探讨了帮困助学与育人工作相结合的有效途径。

| Abstract: | At present, the assistance work in university for the needy students is widely concerned, but in the actual operation, it can not solve the problem of combining assistance work with education. This article summarizes the successful experience of ＂the hope foundation organization＂, which has been created and used by the Electrical Engineering Institute of YanShan University, and analyzes the system from four aspects ： enhancing the poor students＇ psychological education ; devoleping the poor students＇ zeal; confirming their duty; paying attention to thankful education. |
