| Abstract: | In this paper, we analyse the necessity of acceleratively expanding higher education scale of Anhui province, and dissect the five bottleneck factors of preventing Anhui higher education from expanding its scale, namely, capital, teachers, condition for running a school, resident's capacity to pay education and management system. The authors have also suggested the strategies to speed up the transition from elite education to mass education about Anhui higher education. |
