| 摘 要： | 思想政治教育管理载体即"以管理为载体"之意,是指寓思想政治教育内容于管理活动之中并与管理手段相配合,以达到提高人们的思想道德素质、规范人们的行为、调动人们的生产、工作、学习积极性的目的.本文在总结新时期思想政治教育管理载体运用经验的基础上,对思想政治教育管理载体的内涵、特征和功能进行了探讨.

| Abstract: | Management carrier means taking management as a carrier and placing political and ideological education in management to enhance people's morality and to regulate people's behavior and arouse people's enthusiasm about work and study. This paper sums up the experiences of putting into effect management carrier of political and ideological education and discusses the connotation, features and functions of management carrier. |
