文言词类活用面面观

根据汉语史 ,着重对文言词较多的活用情况加以归类论述。指出陈承泽的“致动”、“意动”词用法是他的创见。而 30 0年来 ,尤其近 2 5年来 ,新编的大型和通行的四种语文辞书 ,对词类活用问题仍无统一处理的定论。要解决此类问题 ,实有待专著的编定与学术界的认可与赞同

Aspects of Flexible Word Class Conversion in Classical Chinese

Present article is a classified treatment, based on documentation in history of Chinese language, of the flexible conversion (or transmutation)of word classes in classical Chinese, together with ample exemplification. The author would like to point out that the CAUSATIVE VERB and DESIDERATIVE VERB initiated by Chen Chengze is of unique originality. Unfortunately, up till now there is still no agreement concerning such language phenomena, in the four most commonly used dictionaries as well as the newly published voluminous references. A specialized study and its recognition by the academia seems indispenable to solne the problem.
