| 摘 要： | 论述了英美法中的合同落空制度和我国民法、合同法中的情事变更原则的理论基础 ,介绍了三者的构成条件 ,及其在司法实践中的具体运用。通过比较 ,分析了两大法系在情事变更问题上的异同 ,进而对未来我国的情事变更制度立法提出了若干建议
