| 摘 要： | 在国际贸易的发展过程中,人类及动植物生命与健康问题越来越受到国际上的关注。禽流感事件就是其中的典型事件。但是,禽流感背后的故事却鲜为人知。SPS协议是WTO体系下专门处理此问题的多边货物贸易协议,因此,其法律适用对此类事件的解决有着重要的意义。

| Abstract: | In the development of international trade,more attention is paid to the problems concerning the life and health of human beings,plants and animals.Bird flu is a case in point.However,the stories behind bird flu are rarely known to the world.SPS is a specialized agreement in WTO dealing with multi-lateral trade.So,SPS's application in law plays a very important role in solving such problems. |
