| 摘 要： | 分配领域中存在的收入差距过大的问题,一直是人们关注的热点。限制收入差距过大,不仅是广大城乡居民特别是工薪阶层的强烈愿望,而且已进入政策制定的视野之内。文章通过对宁波市近些年个人收入情况的调研,试图找出收入差距扩大的原因,并提出对策与建议,以促进社会的和谐。
