浅析街道党组织的历史变迁

中国的街道党组织经历了三个历史阶段的变迁。建国初期和向社会主义过渡时期，中国共产党开始接管城市并公开和建设基层党组织，但是街道范围内的党建不是重点。计划经济体制条件下，在单位制社会结构中，街道党组织总体来说处于边缘地位。市场经济体制条件下，兴起了社区建设的浪潮，在推进社区建设的同时，各大中小城市对于街道党组织建设进行了积极有益的探索，街道社区党组织走出边缘化并积极发挥作用。

The Historical Vicissitudes of Neighbourhood Party Organizations

The historical vicissitudes of neighbourhood party organizations in China have gone through three stages. At the transitional stage from the early days of China to socialism,the Chinese Communist Party（CPC） began to take over cities and make known and build grass-roots Party organizations, but the Party building at this level was not emphasized yet. Under the condition of planned economic system,in the institution-based social structure, the neighbourhood Party organizations are generally given little consideration;under the condition of market economic system, the community building is greatly encouraged,in the meantime, a lot of cities, small or large, make some practical researches about the building of neighbourhood Party organizations which begin to play an active part in our society.
