| Abstract: | There exist not only a lot of contradictions in university's internal administration, but also various restrictive and primitive elements. Through analysis of some common problems of university's internal administration, such as scale/benefit/superiority .quantity/quality, centralization/decentralization, culture/ mechanism, and personnel management/human resources management, the paper aims to make the tertiary institution follow the development rules better. |
