| 摘 要： | 作为科学发展观实质和核心的“以人为本”是时代的产物，在不同的社会里，它代表着不同的阶级理想和阶级内容。现时代的“以人为本”是以“现实的、社会的人”为本；以“现实的、社会的人”为本的核心是“以人民为本”；现时代的“以人民为本”最主要的是以“人民的生存境遇”为本。“本”是根基、原则和目标的具体和历史的统一。

| Abstract: | As the essence and core of the scientific concept of development, human-orientation is the historical product, which represents different class ideals and contents in different societies.The present human-orientation is orientated towards the actual and social human.The core of orientation towards the actual and social people is oriented towards people.The most important aspect of the contemporary orientation towards people is oriented towards the people＇s situation.The orientation is the specific and historical unity of base, principle and target. |
