| Abstract: | It is worrisome for the administration of immaterial capital in hospitals because of the problems exiting popularly at the present such as that we lack of correction idea on the immaterial capital and effective administration regulation and lack of protection, utility and development of the immaterial capital activies, so the value of immaterial capital can not be recognized and realized. The author proposed some measures for the administrative issues on the management of immaterial capital. |
